- Shift: Night Shift. Consecutive Off
- Salary: Up to PHP90,000 (based on skills, experience, and expertise) + 10% Night Differential Pay

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding operations, implementation support, compliance administration, application processing, claims review, KYC, or similar process-oriented functions
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience may be considered if they have demonstrated success in detail-intensive operational environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and processing issues
- Ability to interpret requirements, policies, and program guidelines while maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Experience managing records, reviewing supporting documentation, and maintaining data integrity across operational systems
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, workflow management tools, or similar business applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when providing guidance, updates, and procedural information
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regulated programs, compliance-focused operations, or documentation-driven business processes
- Familiarity with operational procedures, quality controls, and process governance frameworks
- Exposure to sustainability initiatives, environmental programs, renewable energy markets, or incentive-based programs
- Experience working in environments that require consistent interpretation of policies and business rules

What You'll Do
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitate the successful setup of new participants within assigned programs
- Assess applications, supporting records, and submitted information against established program requirements
- Review participant submissions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards
- Coordinate follow-up activities to obtain outstanding information and resolve application deficiencies
- Record, maintain, and organize participant information within internal platforms and business systems
- Process onboarding requests in accordance with service standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Refer complex cases and exceptions through appropriate escalation channels
- Provide timely updates and guidance to participants and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey
- Track application progress and help ensure onboarding milestones are completed within expected timeframes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient onboarding outcomes and operational excellence
- Uphold data quality, process integrity, and compliance standards across all assigned activities
- Contribute insights that support workflow optimization and continuous process improvement
